Our Vendors Exhibition 2025 will be held on December 5th & 6th, 2025 at the Molyko Omnisports Stadium in the Business District. The event runs for three days, giving vendors ample time to showcase their products and connect with potential customers.
To participate in the Vendors Exhibition, you need to:
  • Complete the vendor registration form
  • Have your business registration documents ready
  • Prepare your product samples and marketing materials
  • Set up your payment processing system
  • Plan your booth setup and display
Registration for the Vendors Exhibition 2025 is now open! You can apply through our online registration form. Selected businesses will be notified as soon as possible. We recommend applying early as spaces are limited and fill up quickly.
Don't lose hope! We have allocated slots that some of our sponsors will provide to business owners for free. If you still don't get selected, we will have other exhibitions throughout the year where you can participate. We also maintain a waitlist for future events.
Unfortunately, booth sharing is not allowed. Each vendor must have their own dedicated space. If you are caught sharing a booth, you will be blacklisted from future events. This policy ensures fair representation and proper organization of the exhibition.
Exhibition fees vary depending on the package you choose. We offer different tiers to accommodate various business sizes and budgets. Contact us for detailed pricing information and available packages. Payment is required for all days of the event to ensure sustainability of our exhibitions.
